3. Financial Aid Form (Espanol)
   If needed, download the Finacial Aid Form and send it in at the same time as you apply.
   You can mail, fax, or scan and email
   
   
4. GirlVentures Waivers
   To be signed by parent/guardian
   
   
5. Medical - Emergency Form
   To be completed by parent/guardian AND requiring a doctors signature
   
   
6. Once you are accepted:
   • Pay your course fees: Make a Payment
   • Start getting excited & getting ready: Packing List
