Community Programs

After School Enrichment Programs
Our after school enrichment programs are tailored with your involvement. Our partnerships with Bay Area schools and after school service providers create access and options to students that extend beyond what is normally available to them during after school hours.

Mentorship is a central theme of our after school programs.  Our Mentors are high school students who have been trained in indoor rock climbing, safety, coaching and supporting girls.  Mentors are partnered with middle school girls and together they explore trust, trustworthiness, positive risk-taking, commitment, and determination through rock climbing and belaying. The programs generally run 2 days per week for 8-12 weeks during the traditional school year.

We have provided After School Enrichment Programs for the following schools:

• Marina Middle School
• Roosevelt Middle School
• International Studies Academy
