Project CourageCommunity Programs

Self Expression Workshops
Our workshops are designed for groups of girls from Bay Area community based organizations (CBOs) and schools looking to compliment or deepen their programs.

Each workshop is a minimum of three hours and can run as a single session or multiple sessions on weekdays or weekends. Themes may include self-defense, identity, being allies, challenges that girls face and conflict resolution.

We have provided Self Expression Workshops for the following organizations:

  • Making Waves
  • Raphael House
  • KIPP
  • Westside Community Services: Integrated Child, Youth & Family Services
  • Oasis for Girls
