Girls Climb On

Have climbing experience and want to help mentor a youth in rock climbing? We’d love to have you join us as a volunteer mentor with our Girls Climb On Program! Volunteer commitments are once per week, for nine weeks.

Mentor positions are open until filled, and we strongly encourage people of color, and queer people of color to apply for this role. An interview and background a check is required.

There are no additional fees associated with mentoring if you have your belay card. Gym use, equipment, snacks and training are all provided free of charge. If you do not have a current belay card with Planet Granite, you will need to take a belay course in advance of mentoring.  Visit Movement SF (formerly Planet Granite) to register.

Saturdays (10am-2pm)

Wednesdays (4:30-7:30pm)
